What You Need To Know

Before you join us in Jordan, here are a few helpful tips:

  • Come early and grab a refreshment, a Pekarna Meats hot dog, and assorted soda and water — on us!
  • Furniture is sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Grab a spot in line and scope out what you’re interested in from behind the rope.
  • Customers are responsible for loading their own vehicles and transporting their new purchases home.
  • You are encouraged to bring straps or tie-downs to secure your purchase(s).
  • Our showroom will be open so you can browse our entire catalog and add additional furniture to your order.
  • When you find an item you like, simply let a staff member know. We will mark the item as sold and will hand you a portion of the clipped tag. Must be present to purchase furniture.
  • We will help coordinate the movement of the item to our designated pick up and loading area.
  • Cashier stations will be set up both inside and outside ready to help you.
  • If you’ve opted to take your newly purchased items home with you that day, please pull up to the pickup area and a BtY employee will bring you your order.

IMPORTANT: By the Yard cannot load your trailer or vehicle for you, you will be responsible for loading your trailer or vehicle. Don’t forget your tie-downs to secure your new furniture. If you cannot take it home on the day, please connect with a By the Yard sales team member.
