Production Lead – 2nd Shift

Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Production Lead ensures the production of company products at the highest quality at the lowest possible cost, meeting company performance standards and customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Management responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; creating a respectful work environment; coaching, training, and motivating employees; rewarding and disciplining employees; assessing performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems; developing staff to meet the current and future needs of the department and the company; challenging others to develop as leaders, while serving as a role model and mentor; preparing to be the backup for the Supervisor.
