OFFICIAL RULES By the Yard Showroom Giveaway NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 1. SPONSOR The By the Yard Showroom Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by By the Yard, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 3283 Bluff Dr., Jordan, MN 55352. This Sweepstakes is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by, or associated with, any third parties unless expressly stated. 2. ELIGIBILITY The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Minnesota and Wisconsin who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Limit one (1) entry per household. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter. 3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins on March 17, 2025, at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on March 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM CT (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible. 4. HOW TO ENTER There are two (2) ways to enter: A. Showroom Entry Visit any participating By the Yard showroom during the Entry Period and complete an official entry form. Limit one (1) entry per household, regardless of the number of showroom visits. Entrants must be physically present in the showroom to submit an entry. B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) To enter without visiting a showroom, mail a 3” x 5” postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to: By the Yard Showroom Giveaway, 3283 Bluff Dr., Jordan, MN 55352 Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 22, 2025, and received by March 24, 2025, to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per household. 5. PRIZE One (1) winner will receive a By the Yard prize valued at $6,000+. The specific prize details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No cash redemption, exchanges, or substitutions are allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable. 6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or before March 28, 2025. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone. If the winner does not respond within 10 days, an alternate winner may be selected. 7. ODDS OF WINNING Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 8. GENERAL CONDITIONS By entering, participants agree to: · Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. · Release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability related to the Sweepstakes or the prize. · Allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law. 9. TAXES Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If required by law, the winner will receive a Form 1099-MISC for the prize value. 10. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Sweepstakes at any time in its sole discretion. However, no modification or cancellation shall affect entries already submitted before the effective date of the change. 11. DISPUTES This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Minnesota. 12. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED The Sweepstakes is only open to residents of Minnesota and Wisconsin and is void outside these states or where prohibited by law.
